Digital offset printing eliminates the cost and worry of film. Your disk goes directly to our preflight department and then to the press. The press set-up time for digital offset printing is only a few minutes compared to what can take hours between jobs in traditional offset printing. Digital efficiency is what ensures your job will be completed quicker and cheaper than traditional offset printing.
Odyssey uses two Heidelberg Quickmaster DI 46-4 offset digital presses to produce short to intermediate run lengths. These offset printing presses utilize a completely digital front end that avoids the cost and hassle of film and still provides offset quality. The Quickmaster DI offers flexbility in selecting printing materials. You can choose from 0.002" thin art paper up to 0.012" thick cardboard. The
Quickmaster prints 11"x17" with full bleed. The presses print at a maximum speed of 10,000 sheets/hour. The Quickmaster DI 46-4 is the perfect solution for run lengths from 1,000 to 20,000 impressions.
