Large format roll-fed printing

We use two roll-fed, solvent based inkjet printers for all types of large format output. We have a Seiko ColorPainter 64S for high resolution posters and graphics and a EFI-Vutek UltraVU 3360 for large banners and signs.

| The ColorPainter 64S is a true 720 dpi, six color, 64 inch wide solvent printer. Its photo quality output is ideal for posters and trade show graphics. |

EFI-Vutek UltraVU 3360
Short or Long Run up to 126"x100'+
| The UltraVu 3360 is 126 inches wide printing at 360 dpi. The UltraVu can produce banners, window signs, and clear-view window graphics on a wide variety of substrates. |

Large format flat-bed printing

We have two flat-bed inkjet printers that use UV cured inks; a Vutek PressVu 200 SC and a Gandinnovations 3150. These printers are well suited to run lengths of one to 200 pieces.

PressVu 200 SC
Short or Long Run up to 80" wide and 1" thick
| The PressVu 200 SC is a six color flat-bed that prints at 600 dpi on substrates up to 80 inches wide and one inch thick. We print on styrene, pvc, acrylic, corrugated board, and even glass. |

Gandinnovations 3150
Short or Long Run up to 60"x120"
| The Gandinnovations 3150 is also a flat-bed inkjet printer with a 60 inch x 120 inch vacuum bed, that can print at resolutions of up to 1200 dpi. |

Large format drum printing

HP/Scitex TurboJet 8300
Short or Long Run up to 62"x12'
| We have a HP/Scitex TurboJet 8300 drum printer. The Turbojet 8300 prints on sheets mounted to a drum 62 inches wide and 12 feet in circumference at either 336 or 448 dpi using solvent inks. The Turbojet 8300 is competitive with screen printing up to 1,000 pieces and can print on styrene, vinyl, paper, or backlit material. |
