Attention MAC users: All files uploaded to our server must be stuffed or somehow compressed. Since our server is a Windows server this insures file integrity upon receipt.
Odyssey can take any size attachment you might want to send us through E-Mail. We have our own in-house E-Mail server which allows us to take in an attachment as large as the hard drive can hold.
This does not, however, guarantee you will be able to send a 10+ Mb file to us via E-Mail. Most ISPs do not allow you to have more then a few Mb of storage for E-Mail and this sometimes includes outgoing E-Mails. If you are not sure how much space you are allowed on you E-Mail server you can contact your ISP or if it is in-house you can contact your Systems Administrator.
